My subdomains lists your registered subdomains and lets you manage them. Each row shows: Subdomain, Type, Comment, Status, DNS, Expiry date, and Actions.
Type
Shown as Free, Paid / Premium, or Admin, depending on how the subdomain was registered.
Status
| Status shown | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Registration saved | The subdomain is reserved but not yet fully active. |
| Active | The subdomain is active and working. |
| Provisioning failed | Something went wrong setting up the subdomain. You can usually retry. |
| Under review | The registration is being reviewed. |
| Suspended | The subdomain has been suspended. |
| Offline | The subdomain is not currently active. |
| Expired | The subdomain's registration period has ended. |
Comment
You can add a short private note (up to 20 characters) to a subdomain to help you keep track of it. Control and directional characters are not allowed.
Actions
Depending on the subdomain's state, the actions available include:
- Manage / Edit nameservers — update the subdomain's nameservers and DNS delegation.
- DNS records — manage supported DNS record types. See DNS and records.
- Retry — retry provisioning if it previously failed.
- Renew now / Buy credits — renew a subdomain that supports renewal.
- Create transfer code / Revoke transfer code — start or cancel a transfer to another account. See Transfers.
- Move to Trash — deactivates the subdomain's DNS and moves it to Trash. The name stays reserved to you during the retention period (up to 90 days, commonly 7), after which it may be permanently removed. You can restore it from Trash before that happens.
- Export — download your subdomain list as CSV or JSON.
You can also filter the list by search term, status, and platform domain.
