Some registrations are held for review before they become active. If yours needs review, you'll see a message that your registration request is pending review.

Statuses you may see

Your registration approval status is shown on My subdomains, in a Registration approvals table with columns for the subdomain, status, reason, when it was requested, and the decision. Statuses include:

  • Pending review — waiting to be reviewed. No action is needed from you.
  • Approved / Approved finalizing — your registration has been approved and is being finalized.
  • Rejected — your registration was not approved.
  • Fulfilled — the approved registration has been completed.
  • Provision failed — something went wrong finishing the registration after approval.

What to do

Wait for the review to complete; no action is normally required while it is pending. If your registration remains pending for an unusually long time, or was rejected and you believe this was a mistake, contact Support.
