Use a strong, unique password

Your password must be at least 8 characters, but a longer, unique password not reused on other sites is much safer. A password manager can help you create and store strong passwords.

Enable two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an important extra layer of protection on top of your password. See Two-factor authentication.

Do not share your account

Keep your account credentials to yourself. Sharing your account increases the risk of losing access or having your subdomains affected by someone else's actions.

Watch for suspicious activity

Account security shows a log of recent sign-in and two-factor activity. If you notice activity you do not recognize, change your password immediately (this signs out your other sessions) and contact Support.

Reporting abuse

If you encounter a subdomain being used for abusive, harmful, or illegal purposes, use the Abuse page on the main 20dragons site to report it.

Fair use

Use 20dragons in line with its terms of service. Automated or bulk actions beyond normal, reasonable use may be limited to keep the platform reliable for everyone.

Note

Specific limits on automation are enforced to prevent abuse. This documentation does not describe how those limits work internally.
