If this documentation does not answer your question, 20dragons offers a few ways to get help. Both the Contact form and the Abuse report form create a support ticket, and you'll see a confirmation with a ticket number when your message is received.

Contact

Use the Contact page for general questions. If you are signed in, replies go to your account's email address; otherwise, you provide an email address on the form. You'll need a subject and a message.

Reporting abuse

Use the Abuse report page to report a subdomain being used for abusive, harmful, or illegal purposes. The form asks for:

  • the reported subdomain or domain;
  • the abuse type (phishing, malware, spam, fraud, copyright, or other);
  • a description;
  • your name, email address, and organization (email required, the rest optional);
  • an evidence URL, if you have one;
  • a confirmation that the report is accurate.

Support tickets

Messages sent through Contact or Abuse become a support ticket. Tickets have a status, and you can reply to your own ticket as long as it is not closed. You can also list and reply to your tickets through the API — see Support ticket endpoints.

Before contacting support

To help support answer you faster, have the following ready:

  • the subdomain involved, if any;
  • what you expected to happen;
  • what happened instead;
  • any error message or reference code you saw.
